You may return items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Items must be free of damage, stains, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
B. Items We Cannot Accept
We do not accept returns for:
Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered
Items returned after the 14-day return period
Items returned without original tags or packaging
C. How to Return an Item
To return your item:
Contact us at info@uniquedesigner.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Carefully package the item and post it back to us within the return window.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
D. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
E. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@uniquedesigner.co.uk with clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it quickly and cover any return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
